Purpose/Mission: To provide leadership and support to the various NYS Chapters as it relates to membership recruitment and retention. To be a resource by assuring Chapters have access to the best available resources necessary to recruit at-large SHRM members to Chapters, local Chapter members only to SHRM national, and non-affiliated HR professionals to both organizations.
